Accomplished pianist Andrew Pham, returns to Junction City Arts Council with soprano Emma Lynn Rose to present the masterpiece song cycle Die Schone Mullerin by Franz Schubert.

The song cycle is set to poetry that depicts the narrator's vacillations between intense joy and despondency, obsession and desolation, and the tenderness and bitterness over the course of a short but turbulent love affair. Emma Rose Lynn is a versatile musician in demand for repertoire that spans the medieval to modern periods. She is described as "eloquent and charming soprano".

Andrew Pham is in demand as a collaborative pianist throughout the northwest region and is described as a "sensitive and thoughtful" artist.

The concert is free, donations assist the musicians.
A reception will follow.
