DECEMBER 5, 2003 -    Weather Report: windy and rainy.   Actual Weather: No wind, no rain, 50 degrees. Once again we were able to hold the Light Parade with excellent conditions for a great crowd that lined Ivy and 6th Avenue. After the Parade families strolled through open businesses and Festival Hall to welcome in the holiday season. As always, the Parade repeated in Harrisburg on Saturday, and then again on Sunday in Coburg. The popular annual event is sponsored by the Junction City-Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce.
